Enquiries are written to the database immediately and notified afterwards, so nothing is lost
to a mail outage or a spam filter. Email notification arrives with SES sending.
Spam control is a honeypot field plus per-IP rate limiting — the current site relies on
ChronoForms’ ReCaptcha, which is disabled on the dev copy, leaving those forms with
none at all.
